The Centrist Party of Canada
“If we were born into equality, then we must be sustained in equality”
MISSION STATEMENT:
To form a political party that is centrist in ideology, that embraces individual rights and freedoms, that encourages entrepreneurship, that decrees the social well-being of all its citizens and that ends the slavery of debt.
POLICY TENETS:
1) Public health care for everyone
2) Public education for everyone
3) Guaranteed annual income for everyone over the age of 18
4) To eliminate all taxes, save one, that being a flat tax on income and based on earned income over and above the guaranteed annual income.
5) The taxes collected by the Federal Government and distributed as follows—50% back to the community that originated the tax, 30% to the Province of origin and 20% to the Federal Government.
6) To create a sustainable private banking system, bolstered by the Bank of Canada, whose sole responsibility will be the creation and distribution of currency.
7) All corporate taxes would be calculated on the net cash flow of the corporation.
8) Legislate a maximum/minimum wage ratio for all employees of a business/corporation and government agencies.
9) Open voting on all issues. There would be no party whip and MP’s could vote what they believe in, or what their constituent’s want.
10) Open debate that would either reform or eliminate the Senate.
11) Pass legislation for electoral reform that would lead to a form of Proportional Representation.
12) Party members’ indiscretions will be addressed on a zero tolerance basis.
13) Provide sympathetic leadership policies to ecological problems.
14) Review and amend for the benefit of all Canadians all trade agreements.

Happy New Year Dave,
I sounds all very good to me, but – if we were only twenty years younger! – it will probably take that long before this party will have an appreciable number of members to be recognized. It also takes money to start a new political party, but I am not familiar with the procedure.
So far, I can only say – count me in, but where do you want to go from here?
Horst
Thanks Horst for indicating support for the formation the of ESD party. Right now off course we are not a registered party, only a figment of my imagination, however as support grows we will become one. Under the legislative rules we only need 250 registered members, plus a leader and three on the executive. Yes I am aware that we will need money which will come, but my wish would be to be able to engage enough people and do it without money and beholding to anyone, especially the wealthy special interest groups. Since you are in support I would appreciate it if you would send an invitation out to your mailing list. We’ll keep in touch.
ESD Party of Canada: “To create a sustainable private banking system,”
Jct: Nice to want it but how are you going to do it. http://johnturmel.com/abprogs.htm are the programs of the Abolitionist Party of Canada I got the chance to form in 1993. I also want to create a sustainable private banking system but as a banking systems engineer, I’ve explained to make our malfunctioning banking system operate as perfectly as a casino banking system’s poker chips.
John, thanks for writing and asking the question. I know it won’t be easy to create a new monetary system, but I do know that it won’t be created by any of the existing political parties. So, the only answer is to create a new party with monetary reform as it’s corner-stone tenet. Looks like you have done a lot more work on this than I and that you’ve done a fair bit of writing. I actually am looking for a professional writer to re-word my model giving it some structure. I would be interested in finding out where you live and work from?
Jct: I’m based in Brantford Ontario.

WOW…GREAT MOVIE
It’s about time people are starting to wake up! I love it. I was starting to lose hope in my fellow man.
Is this an actual political party? If so, count me in!How can I join?
Stephan thanks so much for your positive comments. I’m sorry to say the ESD presently is not a registered political party. It’s just what I hope the beginnings of such. I’ve been criticized for trying start a new party, but my reason for doing so is that I know that no existing party will carry out the reforms that we need to stabilize our economy and sustain our standard of living. I would like to know more about you and to keep it private you can email me at dash@vaxxine.com
Please keep in touch and if you can find the time take a look at the content in the blog.
I’m glad you liked the video, which could if presented win an Academy award. It was created by a university student and I’m certain we will hear a lot more from him.
Hi all
I am thinking of changing the name of the party to something that bears no relationship to any particular ideology and that truly represents the whole country from the 49th parallel.
Please tell me what you think
The” TRUE NORTH PARTY” of Canada
The tag line would be “Strong and Free”
